How long does it take to build a website?

A standard business website typically takes 3-7 days from approval to launch. Complex sites or apps may take 2-4 weeks depending on requirements.

Do I need to pay for hosting separately?

No. Hosting is included in all our monthly plans — SSL, backups, and monitoring included.

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Absolutely. We can point your existing domain to your new site, or help you register a new one. We manage DNS as part of the setup.

Do you build websites on WordPress?

We build on modern frameworks like React, which are faster, more secure, and easier to maintain than WordPress. No plugin bloat, no constant updates breaking your site.

What if I need changes after the site is live?

Minor content changes are included in your monthly plan. Major feature additions are quoted separately. We don't disappear after launch.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. We can build a simple content management system, or you can request changes via WhatsApp/email and we'll do them for you as part of your plan.

Do you build Android apps for iPhone too?

Currently we specialize in Android. iOS development is available on request for custom projects.

How do I pay?

We invoice monthly via EFT. First month is paid upfront, then monthly in arrears. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

What if I want to cancel?

No hard feelings. Give 30 days notice and we'll help you migrate your site elsewhere. Your data is yours.

Do you offer a discount for non-profits?

Yes. We offer discounted rates for registered non-profit organizations. Contact us for details.

How do I access my client portal?

Visit portal.dev-robert.co.za and log in with your email and password. From there you can view invoices, track projects, open support tickets, and manage your account.

Do you provide website maintenance?

Yes. All plans include ongoing maintenance — security updates, backups, performance monitoring, and minor content changes. Your site is always in good hands.

Can I get a custom email address?

Yes. Every plan includes business email setup (e.g. you@yourbusiness.co.za). We configure everything for you and help you set it up on your phone, laptop, or tablet.

What happens if I need more pages later?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Additional pages, features, or functionality are added seamlessly without disrupting your existing site.

How do you handle SEO?

All our websites are built with SEO best practices — fast loading, mobile-friendly, clean code, meta tags, and structured data. We also provide guidance on keywords and content to help you rank on Google.

Do you register domains?

Yes. We can register a new domain for you or help you transfer an existing one. Domain registration is billed annually at cost.

What if I need a custom feature?

We build custom features on request — booking systems, payment integrations, membership areas, admin dashboards, and more. Get in touch for a quote.

Do you work with agencies or freelancers?

Yes. We offer white-label web development services for agencies and freelancers. We build; you rebrand and invoice your client. Contact us for partnership details.
